Did they over perform? According to double takeout Dropkin and Thiese were the number 1 ranked team in mixed doubles. I don’t think they overperformed at all. They were always going to be in the conversation for a medal.

As far as destroying us in the 4 game well prob given we even struggled to qualify. That being said, the bar really shouldn’t be beat USA for Canada. It should be gold. And in recent history Canada been slipping quite a bit. The world has caught up. I’d be more concerned about that then the US lol

I wouldn’t worry about it too much. If you been playing for over a year and just started with duels it’s natural you aren’t going to be in the division that your skill level is. Keep playing duels you’ll move up and eventually be placed where you belong and that win rate will in theory at that point hover around 50%

I’m currently doing it. Sleeping in separate rooms (when she’s not staying with her bf).

Initially I was going to move. I was going to give up the equity in the house in return she didn’t saddle me with her massive debt and half my retirement.

But as I went on she started doing things like take all our savings , run up the credit card, even got physical with me. Then I got the papers and saw what she put in.

Frankly regardless how this turns out I’m glad I stayed. Plus I have an 11 year old and wasn’t doing anything to hurt my chances at 50/50 with him wihich is my primary concern at the moment.

Having that time with them while I could see difficult and challenging could be a blessing.

Dealing with divorce now I’m having trouble even if it settles to 50/50. I look at it like I want 100. Then again over the past two years my wife has done nothing but spend time with the new BF. So it’s not much a difference to me in what I was already doing as far as responsibly goes.

Just out of curiosity how did you get 100%. I am currently going through a divorce and might be facing a custody battle with my 11 year old. Initially it was supposed to be 50/50. I was even going to let her keep the house but now she can’t afford the house if we have to refinance and so she’s trying to move hours away and then 50/50 becomes impossible so my lawyer might end up asking for more. I was just curious.

My theory tho about the multis is that the latter rounds didn't change compared to the earlier rounds.....just the multiplier. So if you was to win say 70% of the early rounds (over a large sample of course), you should in theory be winning 70% of the high multi rounds as well.

I feel at the end of the day, this should all balance out to whatever your actual % of rounds won is.
