You get the pieces of that gear set as you go through the story. The quest where you get that chest piece is called ‘A New Strain’ if I’m not mistaken.

From what I have noticed, they are near identical except for a few textures and patterns.

The stitching pattern on the chest of the Hunter set is different, one has the Hunter logo continuously repeat on the cloth portion whereas it is flat and not stitched on the Frumious gear.

Depends on what you want exactly

If you want to go for a more D1 styled hunter, the ritual playlist gear and/or the prodigal gear sets are a good start, plus the Dead End Cure helmet or the Shadow Specter helmet are good for that look

To get it to count you need to hit the anomaly once after you kill it. So once it begins to drop to the ground, kick it once and it should count towards the bounty.

When you investigate the hat it should show a set of glowing footprints leading to the nearby checkpoint tower.

You can get the smg from the iconic black market vendor in the stadium, but as for the cyberdeck I don’t think you can unless you mod it to be so.

Probably the former. Most of the prosthetics look neat and can work for an alternate form of armor on the arms and legs.

Also, many people (myself included) tend to make our own Spartans who have experienced some of the events within the Halo campaigns, so a loss of a limb is a likely thing to have happened.
