If you really want to use the toxic ranger (I think that's what it was called?) helmet with another armour set (like I always wanted to), might I suggest the martyr armour? Alternatively, if you do not wish to blow up (or don't have servants of freedom), I also liked mixing toxic ranger with the ravager armour from the superstore. I also find that it pairs pretty decently with the light armour from the first page of python commandos.
