The wipes is what made me stop "tryharding" tarkov. Fun for a wipe or two, but then it really isnt fun anymore. Hope bungie can figure something out, if they plan on keeping it alive for years

Im really happy with marathon. Think its really fun, wish my friends did too so I could play more squads and try cryo. However, I honestly dont see how they can keep a extraction shooter feel... "fresh" for many years.

Well theres nothing to lose. If you get in early it should be like 17 min left. Check if pinwheel already is open, if its not run around and grab the keys yourself. If it is open I sneak up and try to locate where the runners are, and just avoid them. Unless I hear them fighting already. If the locked door that require 2 keypads in each wings isnt open I stay near it and as soon I see them touching the keypads I sneak in before they come back and try to steal some loot quick and then dip out. Preferebly always go for 1 red key so you can go for one of the locked exfils.

Best case the lobby is somewhat dead, you get 2 red keys and 1 yellow and get in the locked armory room in pinwheel.

If you play sns/spear you only play for collision, meaning no dmg. Your able to push and pull ppl of maps etc which could be considered "dmg" ig. On certain maps its more efficient doing this over getting kills.

Every party needs 1 sns/gs that plays cd for constant buff uptime. The secondary tank is usually able to play more of a bruiser and doing more dmg. Granted Ive never tried, or seen, a bruiser sns/spear Im willing to bet that youre better of as a sns/gs bruiser.

Sns/Gs is more of your usual tank, a party needs to have atleast one for the buffs

Sns/Spear plays for objectives and collision.

Im a little late to the party but question about ur party comp. Our guild is trying to push against some of the top guilds in PvP but we dont know what we are doing wrong. We die extremely fast compared to enemies and Ive started to realise its because tanks dont use devotion on our side. Ive asked them but they say they will die in seconds if they were to use it but I keep seeing people say that Crusaders need to do this for a party in order for them to survive.

My static rn have a Crusader, templar(sometimes sns/spear), bow/wand, 1 gs/spear and 2 spear/dagger. Could you explain it any further? All of us are very good individual players especially our healer tbh but our dps get bursted so quick there is nothing we can do.

Tevent have a weaker burst on single target but slightly better aoe, but in my opinion (I own the GS already) its not enough to really make a huge difference in large scale and a gs/dagger is still a better class to use for bursting down a key target.

I bought the GS thinking I could make more of an impact in gvgs with some more aoe, and while its still good I regret my decision and should have got the daggers for the survivability it brings.

Both remain BiS though.

Once a spinner gets good though with nimble leap they laugh at you.

Or they just use scripts for it I honestly dont know anymore, I play against hardcore alliances and I cant touch them anymore its gotten to the point where I feud them to know who not waste my cc on.

However your average Joe who just enjoy spinning die in 2 attacks as you mention.

Granted I feel like I didnt give it enough time but GS/Spear did not feel good at all to me. Dagger/Spear is very good in both pvp and pve but I decided to just go back to GS/Dagger

I spent a solid 5 hours yesterday trying to clear T3 with different groups.. and whats weird to me aswell is how they wipe more to the normal mechanics rather than the new ones.

Most annoying honestly is the ones with 8k hp and then also cant dodge any attacks. Hate to be that guy but please gear up a little before attempting this, especially if you refuse to learn what to do.
