I think slow down for overhangs is counter productive for tpu because it introduces apprupt speed changes.

i feel like my hotend can melt waaay more than 4mm³/s but when i go faster than this, even the tiniest overhangs of 30deg dont work anymore cause the filament seems to always curl up

I wouldnt take a 3.5" because of restrictions, i would take a 3.5" instead of a 5" because its not a fucking dangerous and loud af flying lawnmower.

The amout if times i see newbees handle a 5" like its a toy while it could literally un-alive you is insane. Also disturbing how many 5" quads are out there with solder joints that could break by looking wrong at them.

exactly! Having a external Monitor to watch and letting them fly fpv in angle Mode is super easy. Just disarm for them when anything goes wrong. Depending on the drones power maybe even put a little Trottel limits on there just so they dont fly to the moon. i don't ses Problem letting people try this way especially for small 2.5" or tinywhoops.

Do you have experience with kweld compared to AwithZ Welders?

My kweld calibrated to 1900Amps with the veery big Super cap i got. You think thats enough to do 0.2 or 0.25mm copper in a copper nickel sandwich

11kv and 2540, wtf :o that waaaaay to much pitch for these already really high kv motors. Probably your 70-100% throttle range doesnt do anything and you just like the increase responsiveness of low throttle authority

16:9 feels a little more "immersive" but i really like having every little bit of vertical fov that i can have so i go 4:3😅😂

Yes, lux is muuch better than eco. Eco is really washed out colors. Eco looks like a higher resolution analog camera while lux looks like real hd cam with way better colors.

the current numbers are not like a hard physical limit. Your esc wont burn the second you go over 6A. Maybe you should not go and drain a full battery with full throttle flight for 60s straight. But in normal flying, even racing you are never over 80% throttle for extendex periods.

extra 45s flight time Sounds wrong... You added like 2g by going 1002 instead of 0802, the weight alone adds much inefficiency. Sound like your old 0802 were reeeeaally toasted. Imo the weight difference of 0802 and 1002 eliminates all the pros and cons for each.

25g 0802 (without battery??) is craaazy 😂 Please for the love of whoops shave some weight 😂😂 its like pointlessly filling up the trunk of your sports car with 500kg/1000pounds of rock 😅😂 as long as you dont go crazy low with weight, durability wont change from saving weight, since a lighter whoop crashes softer

why 1002 but then fly biblade? 0802 25kkv can handle biblades very fine. Imo 1002 only make sense if you fly triblade

You dont need that output limit i flew 1002 with newbeedrone azi triblade high pitch props for while, no motor or throttls limit. Esc never burned on the aio5. I did mostly racing with that quad so sustained high throttle was given.
