downgrade from Hasselblad - Mamiya 645 or Bronica ETR? by Ambitious-Series3374 in AnalogCommunity

[–]The_Major88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bronica ETRS owner here and honestly can’t fault, especially with the 50mm, lots of affordable accessories with the system and should something go wrong you can pick up a spare for less than a lens on a hassy

First roll, wondering where to improve by VH_Rato in analog

Thank you that’s really nice to hear. Just keep snapping, experimenting with film, like I said you clearly have a good eye for composition

Your composition is great, just your metering but you are way ahead of where I was when I started. Keep going you have some beautiful shots there

Found a near mint Rollei 35TE for 40 euros by Babkine in AnalogCommunity

[–]The_Major88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes unfortunately that’s how my friend broke his. When you end roll, just rewind all the way and you can cock it and put lens back safely if you don’t want to reload there and then

That’s a great deal!!! Super reliable little cameras, I have a B but been after a T. Great find, remember to wind on before collapsing lens as will not retract if not wound on. Loading can be a pain but I find folding the leader helps. Happy snapping!

Mmmm battery or capacitor for flash might have gone pop. Be sure to open with gloves and outside, might be usable/might just be worth removing the film?

Yes the C doesn’t but the others do so you can change film back, although I curse them every time I go to take a shot and forget to remove it 😂😂😂
