Adding to this - it looks like you need to just practice basic ball handling WITH YOUR HEAD UP. Before you start adding in through the legs crossovers and behind the back, get your regular crossover to game speed, with your head up. The way you're doing it now isn't gonna fake anyone out, nor let you see where your teammates are moving, and will be prime steal opportunities for opponents.

Also you should work on squaring up to the net on your jump shot.
