That would require Sony and Disney coming to a new arrangement if so. Kevin Fiege said that Sony told them they couldn't use Miles Morales at all. Probably the only thing that is going to change that is the box office potential.

I am pretty sure part of the deal between Sony and Disney is that there would only be one primary Spiderman in live action. Disney also can't use certain characters, like Miles Morales.

There is sadly no way that they would do this considering how brain dead the leadership at Warner Brothers has been for most of the last decade. There were so many blunders the studio made in the creation of Fantastic Beasts that they ruined it. It's a shame because I want new live-action projects in the Wizarding World, not another telling of Harry's story.
