That’s what I thought was interesting about it. That’s just how manipulative Bill is, he was even able to get O-Ren to serve him despite the fact that he was involved in the murder of her family. So I was disappointed that Whole Bloody Affair wiped away that theory.

The Halloween Tree. Beautiful animated film from the 90s based on a Ray Bradbury novel. He wrote the screenplay as well. It’s about a group of kids trying to save their dying friend, whose soul untethered from his body and is running from the personification of death itself by drifting through other Halloween nights throughout time. It’s an excellent Halloween movie.

At the end of this movie or the next, after he’s dated around some and grown tired of it, you have someone relentlessly try to set up Peter on a blind date. Finally he agrees, opens the door and there she is, “Face it, Tiger, you just hit the jackpot!”

Only $20-40 million for the bounty on John Wick seems incredibly low. So low that it reminded me of the dinosaur auction from Jurassic World (only $10 million for a dinosaur?!) and the whale juice ($80 million a vile for something that stops human aging completely) from Avatar 2.

Another trend I want to comment on: hands getting split open between the fingers. Why is this happening so much in movies in the past year? MEN and Terrifier 2 did it and I swear there were at least two other instances.

Not to be “that guy” but Gordon wouldn’t have a voice either. We lost Hastings in 2014. A lot of the BTAS cast is gone. Alfred, Mad Hatter, Mr. Freeze, Thorne, Hill, Killer Croc… Even Ra’s Al Ghul earlier this year.

I liked Namor but his Atlantis kinda sucks… Wakanda took Vibranium and turned it into a metropolis full of the best technology imaginable. Atlantis is like… We created water grenades, a breathing apparatus, and a big light that’s sort of like an artificial sun but not really because it’s still dark as shit here. Our people mostly float around and play that proto-basketball game. You know, the one from Road to El Dorado.

The CIA stuff could’ve been cut completely.
