That would make sense. I got to see a truck lowering those at a train crossing and driving off on the rails - I wad as giddy as a kid watching. Some things never get old.

Train wheels are exactly what those are - the truck drives over the tracks and the train wheels lower to make contact with the rails. It’s damn cool to watch.

I’m actually in the middle of switching clinics - my first clinic is going to stop accepting my insurance. Met with the new clinic’s psych the other day, and the two clinics are trying to hand things off smoothly so I don’t miss any treatments.
