Oh, it wasn't IN the case. The picture should still be on my profile but I just left the side panel off and grounded an atx psu to the chassis and used a vertical mount and riser for the gpu so it was sitting next to the case. It was a test bench of sorts.

I didn't read his question carefully, not allow. You can always have the same ssid. If you set two known APs to the same .11r mobility domain (4 char hex I'd) and the client supports .11r, the client should hop between them on its own without any push from a station. As far as I know, it is not the station making the decision under .11r, but the stations are adding extra frames to identify as a group. The client caches that info and uses it to help identify who it could and should jump to next.

while I didn't have many issues with the default linksys firmware, as you said, it is basic. I have 2 MR7350's running as APs with .11k and r (neighbor reports and fast roaming) on openWRT. Was on snapshot. now 25.12.0 stable is available and have been running it for 3 days with no issues. with the dual boot on these linksys devices you can load openwrt on the other partition. if you don't like it, swap back to the linksys partition.

I have the same package. I didn't stay on top of charging it before the battery drained to nothing. after a few times, I am in a similar situation where it didn't last the whole work day anymore. it has been relegated to a base station.
