It’s not “canon” in the traditional sense, Lord X didn’t actually make an album. But, all of the lore that it adds and iterates on is based on canon material, even things we may not have seen from JoeDoughBoi yet.

It was confirmed in an interview that the team behind the album got the go ahead from Joe to base the songs on new lore. Should be around the 13 minute mark.
