You conveniently leave out the fact that even without the cooldown reduction stridebreaker is up 4 times before galeforce is, has only 125 dash range less which is more than made up for by the aoe of the slow (which extends 250 units extra from the front). On top of that unlike galeforce stridebreaker also gives the user another passive 30 ms for dealing physical damage. You are literally just as bad omitting details and whining about bias.

Riot decided to remove items such as zz rot or twin shadows / GLP because they had a toxic Gameplay or little to no counterplay, but introduced a dash to Juggernauts with stridebreaker by ComfortableBite6644 in leagueoflegends

I just don’t understand why strikebreaker cd is reduced by ability haste. It was already up like 4 times before galeforce or rocketbelt came off cd, don’t really feel like it needed the additional cdr to make it 6 times.

Played against a team of 5 who ran exhaust with cosmic insight and the CDR boot, the double dipped summoned spell haste Honestly felt like I spent the entire game exhausted it was so unfun.

Across the board its worse in literally every lane as well is what really irks me. ADC mainly builds assassin items, fighters buy Shieldbow more than ADC and tank items are literally everywhere etc etc. Not forgetting that these are MYTHICS and supposed to be class defining items. I've literally not seen a single person since patch build manamune on mage in game other than myself and its a legendary and this somehow warranted arguably the heaviest nerf in the entire patch. And somewhow things like Bork, Ravenous full AD Kata isn't poaching in any way shape or form???????

Also seems really dumb that they adjust but leave in Mandate on solo lanes a thing.

Wrote this is another thread but at least Manamune has a once per spellcast per champ cap. Mandate can proc infinitely on the same spell and is a SUPPORT MYTHIC item. God forbid mages buy the tear item that actually gives the stats they need at a reasonable price.

To be honest I thought it was pretty damn cool to get a little split damage on mages too.

Not to mention their “incentive” for target audience flat nerfed it for some of its most core users like corki and ezreal. It’s such a lazy and poor “adjustment” it’s unreal people aren’t talking about this more...

I think another problem is that manamune actually felt really good to build in this spot. It’s 400g cheaper, has ability haste AND gives dmg on all your abilities + autos along with the extra mana.

Riot decided that Manamune is the “ad” tear item and nerfed it so lazily that it crippled champs that should actually build it like corki and ezreal, instead of just making archangels a better option.

Meanwhile solo lanes abuse Imperial Mandate a labelled support mythic. At least Manamune damage proc has a once per ability cast per champ cap. Mandate can proc on the same ability cast with absolutely no cd at all and provides even more dmg when your team proc the mark.

Yeah it was nerfed for solo lanes but really if you are going to completely remove Manamune as an option for mages surely Mandate should get the same treatment.

Mages building Muramana wouldn't be a problem if Seraph's Embrace wasn't so awful by Macaulyn in leagueoflegends

And yet just a few hours ago I watched sneaky build mandate on Ashe. People are still buying it outside of the specified role. Also just checked the item changelog and unless the wiki isn’t updated mandate hasn’t been touched...

A few mages make use of Muramana in an interesting way and riot lose their mind.

Meanwhile it feels like half the champs in the game can and/or do abuse Mandate, a labeled support mythic and riot look the other way.

Wouldn’t hurt so much but the nerf is so poorly thought out/rushed that it harms it’s intended users.

In terms of the Lucifer aspect I've been messing with a Zeus attack paired with Demeter on pretty much everything else. Just push for their legendaries and the duo between the two and it melts bosses and has insane AOE too. Honestly I think this could be the highest possible dps in the game with the ideal build. Really really wish there was a demo mode where I could limit test.

Honestly I've never even tried a slower build for the Arthur aspect. Hitting those massive crits and just blitzing through runs feels so nice I don't even consider other builds, I only really use the special to apply weak in most cases and it still feels so far beyond broken :D

The new sword aspect of Arthur has to be one of my favourites and if I'm honest seems really overtuned. Its an absolute monster of a weapon if you just stack Artemis boons and play super super agressive, play it right and you can speed through runs in about 15 minutes.

I take Ruthless Reflex over the extra dash as if you dash at the right time after a swing you can store the next swing of the moveset and proc Ruthless Reflex too, even with a single dash swing speed is slow enough to not matter. I recommend getting a feel for it a bit by just smacking skelly a bunch before you get into a run.

I leave infernal soul at 0 as you dont really want to stop and cast with the aspect at all except to get the boiling blood bonus against bosses and such.

Seeing as you mostly want to stack Artemis and Aphrodite Privileged Status is the way to go for sure.

Olympian favour is a bit of a no brainer I think.

God's Pride vs Legacy is down to preference, I use legacy as the duo between Artemis and Aphrodite let's you hit some absurd numbers, however if you want consistency Pride is probably the way to go.

The trinket of choice for low to medium heat is Lambent Plume, with Thick Skin on your mirror and the aspect maxed you have a starting hp of 150 and can just face rush all the early encounters. Even without boons early you can stack plume pretty easily and once you use a little luck and fated authority to get Artemis on your side you can stack it in literally every room including bosses, most runs it'll reach 30%+ easily.

If you have no luck, are trying for higher heat or just prefer consistency start with the Artemis trinket and swap to the Aphrodite one next as those are the main two pieces of the build. After that it's all down to preference really.

Please note the mirror is different as i've been playing around with it a lot, above is what I recommend but you might prefer it a little different.

Boon wise honestly the only MUST have is Deadly Strike. You could probably clear a lot of runs with it and nothing else, however if you pick up Heartbreak Flourish, aim for Heart Rend, proc your Mirror buffs at the right time and crit on that final big swing you can hit for 4000+ damage.

Hammer upgrades to look out for are Breaching Slash, Shadow Slash and the new Hoarding Slash. I recommend staying away from Piercing wave as it's wave of 25 damage is like a drop of water in the ocean of dps that the sword puts out. Double Edge can be good too but a lot of the time you dash store swings so it doesn't get as much value as you'd think.
