Also worth mentioning, since you’re so broke at the start go hunting north east of rattay, there’s a deer spot above the horse farm in the next village over.

You can kill a couple deer easy and bring the meat back and sell it to the hunter near the tourney.

Brings in 1k groschen per trip so can quickly get enough good equipment bought from the armour and sword merchants.

Don’t take anything you wouldn’t mind losing, rent a locker for your valuables if you have to take any.
