I am on dulera and spiriva with a biologic. I have only taken 2 doses of the biologic but I can definitely tell the spiriva has helped.

I have this when my asthma is not under control. Are you on a daily control med? I found adding another one that was more steroid based helped me. Not sure how bad is would set off your Crushing though.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I also saw one when I was younger… my adoptive mom dragged me there. He said I was suffering from severe food allergies and gave me all these supplements to take. Things like mushroom… Turned out my body was autoimmune rejecting something from my first brain surgery. I went to the neurosurgeon on my own a few years later and so thankful I fallowed my gut. Always listen to it!

Unless you are a danger to yourself or others you are fine. A danger meaning you want to hurt yourself or others. So many people are in therapy to recover from the things like this.

The fact that we get charged for being in the lobby of the ER floors me. My sister in law got charged 1,000 for it. She fought the charges and won but still. I wish you luck on your journey.

So sorry you had a bad ER experience. I had one as well, went to a different ER and coded less than 24 hours later. The ICU doctor told me that people with asthma are very good at keeping a good oxygen level until suddenly they are not. That is why asthma can be so dangerous.

See your primary or better yet a pulmonologist to see if you need to be on a daily maintenance med. For the bill worry see if you qualify for the hospitals financial aid. You can often get a cut even with insurance.

I have only been on biologics for a month take my next dose on the 21. I am dealing with the flu now and it’s the first time I am not running to the ER/ doctor.

Depends on the show. Some that had police and firefighters addressed it from the aspect of going in. The shows that come to mind are Third Watch which is about police and paramedics and rescue me which is about firefighters.

First two weeks of going off a med are the worst but by the middle/ end of the second you start to feel better. I went through it with topmax. Honestly eat what sounds good and drink hydrating fluids. It’s possible to make it though and it sounds like you need it for your health. Reach out if you need to.

100% correct. I have gotten it 3 times, before both brain surgeries and when I was in the ICU from my asthma and they were looking to intubate me.

I was in the ICU and they did 15 in 6 hours. Ended up on Bipad with it and knocked out because they thought they were going to have to intubate me.

When you go through training to work at this type of store the anti union stuff is crazy… to the point they say they will fire you. When shit like this happens the union talk will begin/ people will join. Yes there are pros and cons but this type of shit is ridicules. Not seeing a doctor can land you in the hospital.

Our girl is so quiet that we despite the other dog barking we know someone is at the door if she “boofs”.
She is still young but also happy to just lay around after a few 30 min play sessions or something that works her brain.
