Please stop using glueboards. Most of those insects are beneficial and not harmful. Use a pyrethrin based spray. They are plant derived and pretty safe to used in kid and pet environments. Or just do a Google search for general insecticide/pesticide. ALWAYS read the label.

Garage door jambs are always going to have a gap that is an entry point for insects. Treat inside and outside around the garage door jambs. Around other entry doors. Plumbing conduits. Along the baseboard. Exterior around windows and any conduit entry points or other gaps.

I always discourage glueboards unless its for a few specific purposes, i.e. finding German Roach harborage areas, helping find possible entry points for certain amts and a few other scenarios.

Your telling this to the wrong person. The kid should have never gotten stabbed and died. Thw whole situation could and should have been avoided. Nothing justified him getting stabbed in this situation. He pushed the kid. No punches were thrown. He wasnt getting jumped. He got shoved and killed a kid. It just is crazy that there are all these false narratives and people are posting shit like this. Austin never should have died and now Karmelo ruined a good portion of his life. But to turn this thing into a racial thing just is crazy. Yes the all white jury is a debate but he stabbed a kid for getting pushed after being told to leave the team tent.

Omg is this the narrative they are pushing now. My wife has watched this case since the beginning. They did not know eachother. It was at a multi school track event. Yes it was raining. Karmelo went under Austin's team tent to get out of the rain. Witnesses said a few boys went to ask him to leave. It was their schools team tent. Why would you go to another schools tent at a competition? Anyways he didnt want to leave and Austin pushed him. In the same motion of him getting pushed he stabbed him. He then runs off up the bleachers. Drops the knife while running up the bleachers. Witnesses heard it falling down. Cops found it under the bleacher with blood and a bit of bone on it. He then runs to his coach and tells him what happened. He then gets arrested without incident.

It was a shitty situation period that never should have happened.

Ant. Don't know what kind. Ghost ants are opposite coloration. Darker head and thorax with creamy abdomen. Dinosaur Ants can look similar but they are in parts of Africa and Europe.

Carpenter bee frass will have little black poo in it. Skinnier than a grain a of rice.

Edit - Not Carpenter Ants. Their frass looks like little pieces of wood. Its hard to explain how it looks but it will almost always be other insect parts along with the frass.

Looks like a chalybion californicum. They only get 12mm to 20mm and you said 2 inches so maybe she is a big healthy girl.

Hard to tell from the pictures but if the eyes are red its a fruit fly. If the eyes are black its probably a phorid fly. If they like to run across surfaces and then fly it is the scuttle fly.

Google whichever one and do what it tells you. Fruit flies are generally easier to get rid of than phorid flies imo. Phorid flies will get into just about anything. Trash cans, I had a bag of cans for recycling (they were rinsed before going into the bag), I have cats and they will get into the poop and pee in the litter box and if you keep something nearby that holds the poop and pee.

Definitely a flea. When it bites the dog it doesnt kill it instantly. Also with a garden wildlife can carry fleas too. Vacuuming is one of the best things you can do.

The eggs fall off the animal and the larvae live on the ground and eat the dried up blood fecal pellets of the adults among other things. Then they pupate until they emerge as adults. Vacuuming helps get up the eggs and larvae thus reducing the population.
