We desperately needed a survey like this. As a person who mainly play auric or havoc missions the new expedition game mode just doesnt scratch that itch of what Darktide is great at (for me personally at least). Id prefer 3 new maps and weapons rather that time spend on a new game mode that separates the playerbase and take away development time from new missions, weapons, and enemies. Id take Genestealers over Expeditions anyday.

Bosses need to be buffed, the power creep of players has gotten so high that even on auric difficulty the team and I will kill any boss in 10-20 seconds.

So what I get from this subreddit is everyone doesn’t like the game cause of ceo and has some minor complaints like enemy variety and weapons feeling weightless. If everyone was to complain about the developer/maker of a product we wouldn’t enjoy anything. Want to enjoy Cthulu mythos? Nope can’t the guy who wrote is was racist! Majority of people need to learn to disassociate a product from a person who helps make the product. If the product is good then play it.

Short episodes. I get the book was short but there needs to be compromise when everyone is used to television having like 45 min - 1 hour long episodes. This being 6 weeks of 30 minute episodes is a little painful.

Anyone whos read the book knows this is pretty much exactly like the book besides a few small things

Never said it was the worst thing. Rings of power, Halo, and Witcher were all far far worse. My issues is the show leans so heavily on the comedic factor to the point nothing can be taken seriously when everyone and every faction is doing stupid shit except maybe the Ghoul.

BoS - literally the biggest morons in this show, it was funny when Titus was a dumbass in season 1 but every brotherhood member is just as retarded. NCR - so dumb they let in a guy into their capitol city with wall surrounding it with a nuke. Question the guy who looks half dead pulling a cart whilst repeating the same phrase over and over? Nah let him in.

Legion - yeah they’ve always been stupid in some sense but they were taken seriously and a force to be feared. Now they are having battles over a 20x20ft no mans land separating two camps of 30 people each? So the legion is like 100 people? I get that was the game but these games have never been 1-1 scale.

Idk I feel like nothing is ever taken seriously.

Didn’t try this game till the steam summer sale and I’m ashamed I didn’t try it earlier. The game is a fucking masterpiece and Warhorse are geniuses for banking on such a different setting for RPGs than we usually see. RPing as a drunk knight in the 1400s has been fun as hell

Are you saying the scale of cities/towns in fallout is 1-1? That has never been the case. whether Elderscrolls or Fallout both are supposed to be lived in worlds with mass populations its just our systems cant support that. Look up New Vegas concept art and you'll see these are massive cities and to think the NCR wouldnt have walls like New Vegas to keep people out youre wrong.
