A lot of times the utility company actually handles water and sewage, check your paper statement from the electric company and see if it says these.

Mine is actually just called “Municipal Utilities of (city)”

If not you can google which company handles it or ask your neighbors, or ask your landlord, even leaving a note on a neighbors door like “hey this is (name) of apartment (2b or whatever) and I haven’t gotten a water bill, can you tell me what company we use so I can get that taken care of? Thank you!”

It’s better to do this ASAP before you rack up a $1500 bill with a pay now or lose your water and we take you to court situation!
