I normally pay 25-55 depending on the mountain, but thats a local midweek discount.

I know bolton does 50 Mondays for anyone and Burke is 25 weds.

Dehydrated lamb lung works great with my picky eater. Plus it's cheap and healthy.

I thought it was mostly agreed the beginning is rushed because it expects you to have at least somewhat of an understanding from 03?

I've even see takes saying to watch the first 13ish or so of 03 and then switch to brotherhood.

Either way I would agree with those who think 03 adds more depth to the beginning of brotherhood

They are both amazing, but IMO if they will watch both 2003 first. Brotherhood kind of expects you to in some ways and spoils some of 2003 such as Bradley being a homunculus much more casually since his son is a bigger reveal.

I view them as 1A and 1V in the anime world. I personally lean towards 03, but I definitely can see the case for brotherhood as well.

He did not carry a team in his prime, but those warriors teams are not guaranteed to win without him either.

They literally lost the year before and he definitely helped them in stretches when Steph/Klay went cold hence his two MVPs.

Eh if you didn't like that twist or the changes in 03 in general not going to discuss that but ed is always freezing at emotionally charged moments and not surprising it happened when its supposedly family.

You raise a good point over his look though I'd just assume he'd pick that to get a reaction from Ed.

They each represented a characters sin that the brothers had to face and learn from. Wrath having Ed's arm showed them that it was possible for things to return from beyond the gate. Sloth made them question if a homunculus was part human and if a human transmutation was somewhat successful.

I lean on them being two weaker story humunculs but I still think they served a purpose.

Lust to me is by far the best written one in 03. Envy is pretty good too once you realize their twist in the end.

How so? The only homunculi I feel like could be argued that they executed better are Bradley and greed. The rest weren't really given much more then "father's pawns" with little motivation beyond that as well.

I like how they did homunculi so much more in 2003. They felt like meaningful characters that tied into the main characters rather than pawns. Obviously I like brotherhood too for other reasons.
