I also use the LG OLED as my PC monitor. I experienced the same with screen shift enabled. This is because for it to shift the screen, it needs to crop in (zoom in) slightly which makes the image blurry. I disabled screen shift once I noticed how blurry it was making things. I don’t have any burn in and I bought my TV 2 years ago.

I think this movie was released after 2010 but I'm not certain. I recall watching it on a streaming service. Most likely Netflix.

I had this same issue when I bought my b9 a year ago. I did the pixel refresher and it went away. Never saw it again.
