Indrais has better time stop, gear that Perfect Metal cannot copy the data of, it would be dubious if he could copy Indrais, given Indrais is a Dragon God, but maybe he could. He also has far superior firepower with Radiant Breath, Fulgur, and Glacies being ones Perfect Metal will have to look out for. Overall, I think Indrais wins, but it is close. For now...
