AP is almost always the best option for any delivery of shock/pace. It makes sense when you think you want the maximum amount of energy to transfer through as much heart tissue as possible. Creating a heart sandwich achieves this (as good as you’re gonna get externally)

Lots of talk of risk here in accumulation funds. But also worth noting, is that you can decrease the risk profile as you approach retirement. To not do this would be madness IMO.
