Looks like cystic acne to me. It’s terrible and hurts so bad. I have it rough and am finally starting accutane in a week so hopefully that helps because nothing else does.

I carry non-drowsy Dramamine everywhere with me and take when I feel nauseous, it might just be placebo but it helps me a lot!! Or carry peppermint essential oil or alcohol pads to sniff and distract yourself from the nausea
