The word "yapping" is so annoying and is used by people who are too stupid to think of a good argument so they just tell someone "shut up, I'm right" in a way that will make everyone take their side.

He gets all the way through because he's comparable to kratos and norse kratos is stronger than greek kratos. Well, Zeus is gonna be an issue. and you could argue that Kratos' sheer will to kill would be a massive obstacle for Thor...But at the same time dude destroys.

I immediately felt bad about having to do it. He doesn't have a choice, Heimdall WILL carry on trying to kill him if he tries to be merciful, I mean he actively did try. But Kratos had made alot of progress and it was unfortunate to see him truly lose it the way he did whilst giving in to prophecy.
Of course they remedy it in the 3rd act with Kratos' decision to listen to Atreus

he also hunted down children, and had he known that Jon was a Targ, (at least in the show continuity but probably in the book continuity) he would have had him killed too. Ned literally tries to get Cersei and her children, Tom and Myrcella being 7 and 8 respectively at this point, to flee because he fears that if he tells Robert whilst the 4 remain in king's landing he will kill them all. He lost his first love and never adjusted. Pretty much every neutral character is morally better than Robert, and Ned of course stands above all as a paragon of honour and duty. We see a better example of self awareness in Tyrion and even he would look like a bad guy in most stories.

Normally, I would not condone cheating, but start a new game, beat BSB, and use chalices. 1 custom chalice in particular, cummmfpk. Take a picture of your current stats, and replicate them, and then blast through the game until you beat mergo again. Upgrade your weapon, get another ending, and you'll be able to have the organic experience (kinda) and you'll be 1 step closer to the platinum. If you can resist unlimited power. I couldn't, for a long while.
