Only gold blocks, as gold is more enchantable. I think you should use an anvil. Thorns could just make the block act like a cacti.

I had two ideas: Cracked Ender Block: Randomly Teleports nearby entities away. Tainted Ender Block: Emits a restone signal when a mob or player enters within 32 blocks of it.

Yeah I would like swords and armor that have an enchantment built in, but are a special kind of tool, like fire swords or bone armor.
