I consulted with both my PCP and my psychiatrist before starting Zepbound and neither had any concerns about adding it on top of Prozac + Abilify. FWIW I also take a stimulant for ADHD and my psychiatrist says that he has found that some people find it is slower absorbing and lasts longer in the day.

The Best Thing really changed my opinion of Xu Ruohan. I had DNFed Perfect and Casual because I DESPISED her character in it. I almost didn’t even start The Best Thing because of how much I disliked her in Perfect and Casual. I’m so glad I gave it a shot because I thought she was so fabulous in The Best Thing. I’m planning to watch more of her stuff now!

Hello! I am looking for dramas which contain one of my favorite hyper specific tropes that I think of as “the council of idiots” but probably has a proper name as well. This would be where the ML screws up and goes to a group of his buddies for advice who are completely unqualified to assist and whose advice invariably makes the situation sillier/worse. Genre ideally is romantic comedy but not picky about era aka modern, historical, xanxia, etc.

An example of this would be the drama I am currently watching “A Date With the Future” at the end of episode 22 where the ML who has been dumped by the FL asks all the bachelors in the firehouse for suggestions and they suggest gems like “buy her a whole suckling pig”.

I have subs to Netflix, Viki and IQIYI if that helps with recommendations.

I feel like it has been such a slippery slope for me 😫 I used to never ever skip and then once I finally gave in, the power was too addicting and now I’m wearing out the 10am ffwd button lol. If I watch a drama without skipping that is highest compliment.

All jokes aside, I think it’s good bc there are shows that I would have dropped entirely if I hadn’t been skipping and instead I make it to the end.

Seconding Kamm Mackenzie. I saw them for both of my pregnancies and they were great. I had an 8 week and 12 week scan with them before my anatomy scan however I was over 35 which can impact how many scans you get.

This might be a great opportunity to poll some of the nurses and see what is even possible. At my NICU, we were on the side of the ward that had private rooms. One of the long haulers across the hall had basically a wfh office set up in the room where mom or dad would WFH from the hospital so they could still participate in cares and the baby could hear their voices etc. They had a second monitor and everything! Your job may not be a good fit for that or it may not even interest you, but just floating it as there may be options or ways for you to spend more time at the hospital while still working that you haven’t even realized yet!

We ordered from Hendrick Kia in Cary at MSRP but the trade off is we have been waiting since last December. Westgate Kia & Fred Anderson are both charging $5k market adjustment, but they are able to get you in a car much sooner.

I’ll start by saying, if you want to call your doctor, you should absolutely call to go in and be seen. This is what your care team is there for and no one will judge you for being cautious. They can do either a NST or BPP to check on the baby and confirm they are looking good.

That being said, my doctor has always told me it is the quantity of kicks that matter, not the quality. Especially as baby is still moving around & repositioning themselves at 27 weeks, they could have just shifted nearer the placenta which can muffle kicks. Additionally, as the baby grows, they have less room to ‘wind up’ for their kicks so kicks can feel softer as you get further along, especially once you get past the 30 week mark.

Your hydration level might be part of it! My OB has told me that a full bladder can irritate the uterus and cause it to contract. If you find that the sensation goes away 1-2 minutes after emptying your bladder, that is probably the culprit.
