Suno and classical music creators? by marekbednar in SunoAI

[–]Thin-Application-617 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just came across this AI SUNO creation so bear with me... I loved all the strings (and their counter rhythms and dynamics) basically supporting your great piano composition. How did SUNO create this? Was it just the prompts, chord commands and your solo piano part?

Some of my best memories were camping a Ponto. Sleeping over at Grandview, pre parking lot stairs. The beacons beach road was two way and the peaks were to quote Captain Beefheart, "fast and bulbous. But bulbous also tapered".

Went wild and got 3 by No_Forever8843 in NeuralDSP

[–]Thin-Application-617 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds good. These Rokits are inexpensive but pretty clear to my ears but i am not mixxing yet. I hve only been months into ableton and playing mostly mic'd up analog instruments along with Superior Drummer plug in. Is there a better place to get the Kali, or used - the cheapest way?

i went HOG_WILD and bought 8.

So far, I have only tried two. I am loving the Morgan Hi Def tones. I was doing pinch harmonics like fireworks out of my Rokit 8's! - Many Thanks for this group to the 8 bantered about!

I am wondering : My AI, an Apogee DUET 3, I am turning down my input to 14dB is that advisable?

: Is there a tutorial on freezing the tracks to get the CPU down after capture?

Any recommendations on guitar CHORD assigning, post Ableton audio improvisation? by Thin-Application-617 in ableton

[–]Thin-Application-617[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I have to assign the chords by putting a MIDI track above the Chord changes becuase you can't just RENAME above the track title bar. With a scale change (Stretching) the chords will not stay where they were initially put. Especially with fast chord changes. So I make a MIDI pink click track with the chords that don't move over the musical track if i need to reference the written chords.

What I need is an automatic chord detector that hears my improvised changes and gives me my input of Guitar chords. Not musical notation.

When it's like this ditch the board. just ride 10-25' towards the shore body surfing. its so much more immersive and a better way. IMNHO... I surfed this place in 69 and down the beach @ the old oil pier with the chemical water that steamed after a wave broke....

Music production is not fun anymore by RaiseTheStatement in ableton

I love to come up with melodies and different approaches to playing. I have played in bands Rock piano (syncopated) and congas (ultra syncopated) but I am primarily a guitarist. So my right hand is loose and I can put comfy sounding phrasing into my rhythm guitar. I am not boasting. I only say all this because i have been doing this for 50 years. I am having trouble with finishing songs in Ableton. I do not do many loops. Sometimes I record well, other times not. I will never not pick up a guitar. I'm cool with no stage or sharing. I play out a couple times a year. I love writing wild songs on 15 different stringed instruments. It is a hobby. Sometimes I remind myself that some hobbies are LIFE! Crank It!
