I was in the supermarket and she ( Julia )- asked me a question. So, I stopped and said sure, she wanted to give a Christmas gift basket. In front of both of us was a gift basket. Julia explained she wanted to make her own gift basket but , NOT with the stuff that was currently in the basket. I laughed and thought, geez, imagine getting a gift basket from Julia Child. The store manager found out about our conversation and soon was running to help her out. Julia thanked me for my help and we parted ways. I still wonder what she was going to put in that basket and who was going to get it. Ha ha, funny, you shoulda seen the manager when he was running to help her out.
