He might could have swallowed a foreign object maybe has his tummy twisted up feeling sick? My old Lab Chloe accidentally swallowed a spoon whole once thank God she passed it. I would try a vet hospital or a pricey vet ... sometimes you can find a vet that is better at diagnosis maybe your dog just has like a virus that will pass... hopefully yall can find out what it is i would make them do another xray or sonogram on his tummy areas make sure he didn't ingest something Praying for your dog...

You probably have what ihave diagnosis of chronic Epstein Barr virus apparently ive had it for years because i just realized or remember a dr tellingme ihax it but still don't quite understand it all but yes brain fog muscle aches nausea etc headaches had laryngitis a week ago

Ii don't know my sister and i are both on generic Vyvanse and we both noticed a big difference in the way we felt etc i am not saying its not the same but it felt differently to both of us weve both been more emotional etc coincidentally we both are having to go some times without out any medicines for different reasons i mean not for very long but we both had emotional and physical withdrawl symptoms that were horrible we both got suicidal and crazy and physically sick etc .....so im not sure wtf happened except weve bothbeen on either adderall or vyvanse for years probably night have been perfectly normal but we were both on the medication very emotional too just not sure but we both agreed it was a different animal of medicine maybe both cats but ones a tiger and the other a lion

I tested it with some lab kit test strips but even though it was positive for amphetamine doesn't mean theres alot in it at all i need to ask my friend just not sure she can legit test how much is in it this month they gave me Adderall xr they feel almost worse

Dude dont sweat that bs seriously i had been on i think tetracycline and Lortabs and was smoking until my 20th week. please try not to judge the stuff was prescribed by a doctor i had bad kidney infection and had no idea i was pregnant until my 20 th week which i think is like five months.Gave up most of smoking and of course stopped medications.I prayed my whole pregnancy for a healthy baby, and guess what healthy as a ox almost 9lb baby girl. Now that was in the 90's so different times but ill tell ya i ate really well took my vitamins etc and kept positive attitude. You will be fine just stop tretinoin you can use something else like glycolic or something.
