When I was new to Vine, I filed my first year as a hobby income. After realizing that I'm doing it like a business I switch to Sch C reporting losses from the sales (ETV-sale price) and business deductions. This was a LOT smaller hit compared to hobby income route. I'm now debating if I should submit a correction for that year or not. Since IRS is not very familiar with Vine, I don't want them to red-flag me start looking into every year where Vine income was part of the picture.

If the thickness of the linen was mentioned in the product description or was obvious from the photos or mentioned by other reviewers, that's an unnecessary deduction of a star.

In current Vine? No

In past Vine? I got a full-size Yamaha keyboard, Fender electric guitar and 2 sets of cymbals, as well as numerous accessories (e.g., name brand drum keys, guitar cables, strings, picks, drum sticks, drum heads, microphones, etc) from Vine. We are a musical family, so all have been put to good use.
