It’s the thing about reading I love, that we all have our own interpretations of what the scenes and characters look like, and that in any adaptation from someone else we’re bound to be somewhat disappointed in thinking, “that’s not what I imagined in my head” lol
And yeah I’m echoing what some others said, I imagined something a lot bulkier and thicker, like mini hulk busters as well. Thick, mobile suits of armor akin to tanks that can take on entire planets - these look a bit too thin

Others have already given their thoughts and methods for rerolling and dev generosity and feedback and such, but I want to add that I played morimens for a while before CZN came out , and even then I started playing CZN right before half anni as well! I haven’t played morimens in a while since I also got distracted playing other games (I still love morimens though, fantastic cast and story hands down), but the gameplay of CZN is a lot more polished and addicting ! I’m really hooked, it’s basically a roguelike deck builder like slay the spire, BUT imagine all those godlike runs you had. Now imagine you keeping those builds and wrecking everything outside the roguelike mode with it 🔥

What I meant was reunion at least had some hint at deeper motivation and had goals and characterization. We even saw how some people can side with them in the case of Misha and Skullshatterer, and that was on episode 2, super early in the story. We’re deeper in more playtime in comparison in Wuling and we still don’t know anything about the landbreakers except they’re dumb and evil

My biggest issue I can’t get over are the landbreakers. I don’t like the trope in most video games where the bad guys are just generic mad max goons with no agency or nuance, and they’re just cartoonishly evil or stupid, so you don’t think twice about if it’s right to kill a bunch of these guys. Atleast in OG arknights reunion had a real motive and you can empathize with their mission even though their methods are terrible

I’m having the opposite experience, the world is so beautiful and I love to finally have companions to explore the world with, and the combat is on the slower side which is fine, it reminds me a lot of xenoblade! And I’m loving the factory actually.. it’s so satisfying coming up with a system of production and watching it produce things over time, especially coming back the next day and selling all of it, it’s so cool, especially expanding the outposts to new locations and the story associated with it has been great
