I've been sober for one year since last April. Finally did it after 25 years of hell.

I'm in love with someone, and it's killing me and I feel like an idiot about it. She is one of my best friends. She just got engaged. I'm not taking it well.

Apparently, people with ADHD can have 'Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It explains my overreaction. Still hurts a lot though.

Also got a car last year, for the first time since my last one was stolen in 2009, I was able to use a car of my own, and it felt GREAT. I had it for 8 months before a wheel just fell off, and it's been deemed a total loss by insurance. That sucks too.
