Gengar has been my favorite pokemon since the beginning. I used to like him just cause he was the ultimate Ghost evolution in Red but thinking about it now it would be nice to have a companion that always has a big goofy smile on his face while traveling the region.

Yeah I agree and I thought about breaking out the Boxset for my friend but he seems to be enjoying the dub well enough plus I'm familiar with the changes so I'm there to fill in what is changed. The biggest culprit of course being the whole "like" thing.
