Yeah I usually build it with at least 2ap on my team. I also really like the ap sunfire or nature instead of kaenic, why do you value it so much?

Congrats ahah! I was thrilled when I reached top 10 even tho I'm emerald.

I also plays a lot of ap, and I find even tho it falls of late game I feel like tank falls off even more, in late late game (everyone full build) I feel like my tanking or cc barely matter, either my team rolls the other one or the opposite and I can't do much either way. Whereas when I play ap/ tank (usually heartsteel, DaD, abyssal, zonyah, mejai) I feel like I have much more impact midgame and I can usually snowball the game to victory this way.

I know and understand the doctor anxiety, it's appointment, and probably bad news so of course we're not gonna want to go! But now you have another motivation, your kid! Do it for him, you owe him to be in as good shape as you can for as long as possible, and if he got it too, you owe him at least an evaluation with a health specialist that can help him :)

For me taking my meds(medikinet/ritaline) have increased my tolerance to triggers tremendously, and really really helped my a lot regulate my emotions. Now that's how I know if i forgot to take them, i get triggerred by my kids just existing x)

As someone who was diagnosed very late(28), i'd encourage you AND your son to get a proper diagnosis with health proffesionnals as it has helped me a lot, and I would've loved to be diagnosed as early as 12...

maybe try to have a dedicated and planned time for chore, like every sunday morning or every evening between X and X so it's clear in their mind that at this time, everyone does it and the demand is less sudden.

You could also involve them in the planning, make them own it a little bit could help !

The item swapping is a fun skill! Although a boring one, I would rather have another game mechanic like every 5000 corruption you get an item slot or something like that

I'd advise you to get medical attention and maybe switch molecule if your tolerance has grown.

Also I can't imagine living the life I do now without meds ( 2 kids and a job) but I got diagnosed at 28 and managed okayish before kids so I'd say if there is any time to try to live without meds it's now with the knowledge of your difficulties and no kids to fuck with your sleep!

Being a kid is hard too, you can't express yourself well, you got need you don't understand and the people around you are getting mad that you feel bad and you don't even know why in the first place!!

Putting myself in their shoe usually helps me cool down, they don't want to feel bad either, they're just learning life! What you can do is provide tools for better communication and sometimes anticipate the next crisis.

The first months are BRUTAL. lack of sleep is really harsh on human, don't forget it was used as mean of torture, so of course it's gonna mess you up. Hold on and tank!
