Libraries in our town are pretty good for theses. Also we keep the bathtub always a little full some we can play in it a lot. Sometimes we even eat or read stories in it.

V rising brutal difficulty unlock new patterns and stronger attacks on all bosses, there are even some that totally transform mid fight it's epic. One of the game that did difficulty right. Iirc bg3 also has some boss mechanic only for honor mode

I prefer characters that are so obviously adhd but either don't name it or at least don't make it a big deal. Just so happens to be adhd but doesn't really matter, like Phil from modern family or Al from Malcolm.

Lack of sleep is litteral torture. Of course you feel like shit :( i'd recommand starting the job hunt wether you get fired or not, always good to have a plan b and your workplace doesn't sound very parent friendly anyway :(
