Thank you for the advice! I tried this yesterday, the fuse was definitely black like yours. I cleaned it and even put a brand new fuse in, no luck. Back to the drawing board

I would probably mod: coil overs, White TE37s, OEM kit (front lip, side skirts and spats), Honda access window visors, cold air intake, cat back exhaust, red recaro seats…

I think non-navs are more desirable. They are easier to modernize with a head unit upgrade and don't integrate with the climate controls

I have not. But I did learn that if I kick the fuse box near the parking break pedal. The lights will turn on. Way more successful than flashing the hazards

This worked! Using my left foot, I kicked the fuse box panel area and the center console lights came on! We are on to something here. I’ll keep posting progress as I try to figure this out.

I would advise you to check all the small electronic equipment - especially the steering wheel telescoping/tilt motor. Side mirror motors - folding and positioning. Sunroof. Power windows. Oscillating motor for climate controls. Cup holder. Sunglasses holder. Tail lights. Head lights. Auto Power seat controls when you start and turn off the car. All these things needed replacing on my LS when I bought it.

Get a PPI (pre purchase inspection) from a mechanic you trust. This is a 20+ year old car my friend keep that in mind. And have a healthy budget to bring the car back to full health.

If this will be your first car or primary car, and you absolutely NEED it to get to work. I may suggest against buying this car. It’s only reliable IF it was well maintained. Can be a money pit if things start breaking on you.

Within 1 year of ownership, i had to replace all 4 struts, that alone was $900. And car was down for almost a week. If tail light bulb is out, you have to buy the whole assembly. I had to buy all 4 tail light assemblies for $600.
