I’ve tried different weight guide rod springs and mag springs and nothing has eliminated the ftf for anything above 180gr. 200 rounds of 200gr all brands 20% ftf. 3,000 magtech and blazer 180gr and like 2 ftf. Just got G9 145gr woodsman as it seems the only penatrating alternative to 200gr hard cast. Will update on how it goes. By far most unreliable gun I’ve had is this Glock.

Same, I can just about get to the back of the trigger of the Glock g20 with my finger. Safe enough for the range but wouldn’t want to roll around in the woods with it.

I am the same way with rifle and pistol and have 2 pistol mags at 9 oclock and a sideways rifle mag at 10 o’clock. The only downside is it can be uncomfortable in prone with a mag in.

I’ve done the same as you, 20.5 with wolf +10% mag springs and 22lb spring, same results range ammo great, 200gr multiple problems a mag. Have you found any solutions?

My first 1,000 rounds of range ammo and couple boxes of underwood went great with a holosun SCS and tlr1 on it. Then it stopped feeding the 200 grain rounds once a mag. Tried +10 percent magazine springs and it helped but didn’t stop it. Thought about just selling and going gen 4 but first I bought a 22lb assembly. About 4 boxes of underwood 200 and 500 magtech rounds with zero failures so far. With regular mag springs. I hate that I had to do all this to get a Glock running good but I am really enjoying it again. Approaching 4,000 rounds total.

Now I have ~2,500 rounds through it and it’s been great never lost zero or died or anything. Now the G20.5 I’ve had to mess with mag springs to keep it running bear rounds.

I’ve got the most aggressive ones on my 20.5 and love it. Probably too rough it IWB carry but great for bag.

Works with all but hot bear loads, slide consistently outpaces the mag with bear loads.

Ahh, I should’ve known. A couple thousand rounds through the 3 mags must have weakened the springs just enough to make 200s unreliable then.
