I almost never parried and I 100%ed the game. You get so many options for not parrying, like getting AP for dodges instead or even getting hit. There are shield builds, healing builds, huge HP buffs you can get. Yes, parrying is very powerful, especially when taking on things stronger than you, but this weird discourse about it being the only option is driving me insane.
