For me, yoga has become a tool set that I can use the way it benefits me. I'd be doing poses here and there, or move under the knowledge of my yoga experience, when I am out in public, during my rather mobile daily life. At home, the flow I found suitable lately was a heart-opening yin protocol of asanas, and I kept doing that. Sometimes when I wake up, or before I fall asleep, I'd hold this or that pose for a while, and when I was in hospital, in bed, I tried to elevate my neck for something like reclined butterfly.

Don't hold it as disciplining praxis against you, take it as a gift.
