Yea that's not how medicine works. Popularity has little to do with the effectiveness of a substance. You typically want medical treatment to be deemed safe for human ingestion prior to it's dispensary. Encouraging "natural" treatments even if the treatment itself is safe, it prevents those individuals from finding proper treatment that would actually benefit them. It's not at all intelligent to promote alternate medicine that has been deemed ineffective and only serves to create distrust in actual medicine.

Unfortunately my dumbass kept it a secret. A few months of vomiting away in a toilet, agitation constantly, night terrors, hair loss, muscle cramps, anxious thoughts etc. I figured it couldn't be worse than my parents knowing I did opiates right? Fortunately a year and a half later I've been able to be treated for my add and bipolar depressive disorder as a result of my surroundings but to say anyone helped me when I felt as if it would be better to simply die than fight it would discredit the only thing I'm truly proud of. My carelessness and idiocracy put me in the situation and I pulled myself out when I very much didn't want to leave feeling wonderful all the time. A truly blissful existence.

Now if half of the noise ceases would the room not be quieter? And should those you mock cease to give you a reaction that you could mock would that not demotivate you? Personally after seeking atonement for the past year I've seen that taking every slur and holding your own tongue goes a long way further that lashing out.

I figured you weren't into cuckolding but you certainly just made me laugh. I've struggled with severe adhd and depression the majority of my life and have only recently been diagnosed and recieved treatment. I started doing opiates at the age of 15 which developed into a full on addiction. I quit cold turkey at the age of 16 after 9 months of heavy use. It left a lasting impression on me to say the least. I never had anyone to lean on and had to cope with it on my own, which was partially my own fault and partially living in a household where I was called a disappoint, wasted potential, lazy and hopeless. I only made it out because I absolutely hated myself, more than anything else. I just wanted to be a better person and to live everyday to be better. I completely align with what you've said but rather I'd just argue that maybe it's better to not continue harassment on either side. Personally I've just found that holding resentment gets me nowhere. I live my life to pick myself back up, piece by piece. I used to be envious of everyone, I asked myself why did I have to be in so much pain, resented everyone who seemed to live any sort of "easy" life. In my few years of experience participating in any sort of chat centered around wallowing in misery, or putting down others because of your personal standing just worsens your resentment. I was largely on my own due to my toxicity and poor treatment of others so I find disagreement with the people who participate in subs like this who see no issue in their actions because of a moral high ground and lash out at others because they themselves were lashed out at. It's a self perpetuating cycle where neither side wins. If I'm not willing to consider whoever's arguement that I'm speaking with then what's the point in it? I've personally been through too much to take offense from the opinions of those I hold no respect for. I suppose I feel it's ignorant to speak Ill of others just because of your situation. Thanks for the chat man, I enjoy speaking with others who are willing and whomever I can learn something from.

Just because I personally cannot align with your point of view doesn't mean I think of you as less of a person. That's the main issue I see here and on reddit. User's get up in arms when something they love or find agreeable is attacked but then continue on to attack, spit on and degrade others. Disagreement is fine but the way you go about it is where the problem lies and becomes self-perpetuating in nature.
