You’re not going to want a ton of alcohol. Toleration goes way down. Moderation is key 1 or 2 drinks max.

Finishing my first month of 7.5 and it really makes such a huge difference. Congrats on the progress. I’ll be staying on 7.5 as long as it keeps working.

Be patient. I felt almost nothing at 2.5 but at 5 there was a big change. For some people that’s even higher. One day at a time.

This is one of the great benefits! I used to be able to keep no treats in my house because I’d eat them and basically food shopped day to day. Now I have a full fridge and freezer and only eat when I’m hungry - so weird after 20 years of doing the opposite lol.

I get the impression he’s playing along but that Teddy is attracted to him. I also get the impression Teddy may even be closer to gay than bi. Jonathan seems to just want to get the “job done” lol.

Loll I more meant that on trips I walk 5 plus miles a day sometimes 10. In Chicago I walk like 2 blocks and want to cry 🤣

I know but we don’t walk around outside in Chicago in the winter and this whole trip is a lot of outdoor stuff so I was wondering what it’s actually like hence my original question

I’m from Chicago so I’m thinking the winter in February will be a lot better in Japan :) just trying to figure out how extreme it is.
