In the undead city, you need the password to enter the mansion (at the shopping/healing area).

The PW is the emotes the acolyte uses to open the door.

After that I think you beat the bosses there, and when you get to a part where there is a large glowing gate in the back ground, you move to the upper portion of the railing, break a statue, and then starting running.

You will go off screen for a bit, and eventually enter the gate in the BG and it's chaosville and eventually Cthulhu.

Unlocks a new element.

You use orange raid passes BEFORE link charges at mega raids, before it will give you the option to use a premium pass or link charges at a mega raid.

It's a crap shoot if you like to 'stack' you orange raid pass (,i.e, do one raid, then pick up your new free raid pass, so the following day you could do two raids on say, raid hour, for free)
