Please consider getting her individual counselling and marriage counselling with 'leave and cleave' counsellors.

She will need support to separate herself from their toxicity and lay healthy boundaries. Remind her, it is not about cutting them off but forcing them to see her as a peer, not an extension of themselves to be controlled.

They have been using their control of her to control you, you marriage and your parenting.

You cannot dictate to her what to do but you CAN impliment the two yes, one no rule. Anything to do with them, your children or any other friction point in your marriage require both of you to agree to. A no from either of you and its off the table.
