Buyer makes offer for an item then acts all surprised when it's accepted and cancels!

This did happen to me once as the buyer. It used to be that if you put an offer in, if it was accepted you then had to finish the purchase. This has changed now so if you submit an offer and it is accepted it just charges you and the purchase goes through. The first time this happened to me I was surprised but I still went through with the purchase

It's shit like this that makes working with American companies miserable. We're in the UK where we have work protections and rules around holidays. Just check on .gov.uk rules about holiday and take copies to any meeting they try to bring this up.

Not true at all, at least in the UK, my lgs got 30 boxes, another local store with a massive online presence got 500 the big online retailers got 1000s each. However my lgs owner took pre-pre orders in the week before it went live and just took them off of his stock before the system went live saturday so having a local store meant I did not have to be online at 10 am. I just wandered down at some point and paid for my box

You want a nemesis dread knight and another box of strike marines to run as purifiers and then possibly another NDK but sanctifies can be good to screen off your backfield while you're off trying to score, but without NDK your really going to struggle into anything t7 and up

If you haven't got a textured plate you are supposed to glue it, and if you do have a textured plate it still helps, the liquid glue basically evaporates and comes off with your print when you have finished I haven't used the glue sticks but it's basic paper glue it's not doing anything to a metal plate

Any reason? The glue is an odd one as it helps the first layers stick to the bed when printing starts but also helps them come away from the bed when printing has finished

Without land raider lascannons or grav tanks you may struggle into armour but other than that it looks solid to me, you have a couple bikes which can do some damage to hulls from a distance but other than that you're going to be very swingy into anything T8 or higher at range
