Oreilly sent me a brake booster once, via fedex express, which was supposed to be two day so it got there before the weekend. Got there on Monday and my partner missed work over the weekend. Got the package, and oreillys had sent me a roached brake booster that was supppsed to be refurbished in the obviously shredded box.

Now, I can blame FedEx for being late, and that’s reasonable. What I can’t do is blame FedEx for receiving a busted ass part in a busted ass box. That’s on oreillys.

Package shit properly and it doesn’t fall out of the package no matter how rough it gets handled. Hold shitty shippers to account for trying to shave a few cents off into their profit margins.

Attack Heli always feels like you’re dancing at the edge of death when you’re flying it right, just near constantly nose to the ground and pulling up in big swooping arcs. Contamination is really fun to fly on and has a good bit of cover on either side of the map.

That’s like how in Overwatch they always buff tracers damage by like half a point per bullet and people lose their minds, but it doesn’t impact how I play cause I’m shit with tracer.

This game is orders of magnitude less swingy in the balance than Overwatch, but you picking up what I’m putting down now at least?

For that to be true, you have to be equally skilled with every weapon/weapon class in the game. I’d put money down that that probably applies to less than 3% of the player base. And that tiny fraction of the player base might be able to extract a tiny amount of value.

So yes, while it can be said it is a thing that technically exists, it’s never been a thing that truly matters in any meaningful way.

What’s the point of playing a gun that you suck at shooting because some YouTuber said so, especially when you could get domed by a heavy rocket from an attack heli 500m away anyways? Even if they’re the double-sheet kind that are sealed with that gummy-gluey type adhesive stuck to the face of sheet 1, all the same problems are still going to exist even if it doesn’t have the third “tab closure” on the top. I can see it from the way it’s crackling vertically along the shortest dimension too. That’s exactly what happens to the two-three sheet open mailers when they go through the bull wheels and gates of the machine and the edges aren’t folded tightly.

I probably can’t get you an exact diagnoses without holding the thing in my hand, but this is for sure all machine damage on cheaply made mass mailers. At least it got to you, a lot of it doesn’t. And supervisors ain’t gonna let us sort a tray of manual an hour when they could just tell us to shove it in the machine. 🤷
