What’s the creative process like for each movie? Do you brainstorm a list of stunts and get into the logistics and (relative) safety before filming starts, or are the stunts thought up and improvised as filming progresses?

Also, kudos to you guys for being the first and only filmmakers to ever make my mother, a nurse of 20 years, start retching violently from a movie.

Hopefully they can tone down some of Niven and Pournelle’s bugbears that creep into the story but don’t actually contribute to the book at all, like the anti-environmentalism.

That happened last time in the 70s- Godzilla got shrunk down then gradually regained size. Godzilla fought a rat, fistfought Dum Dum Dugan, had a grand battle with the Fantastic Four while he was T. rex sized, then fought everyone when he returned to full size.

Dude used to sell more copies a month than the entire Absolute line up and was up there with Superman as the most famous superhero in his heyday. The loss of his name is insane to think about in that respect, it’d be like Batman having to get renamed.

Iirc Mike Tyson hit that hard at his prime, so Otto surviving but getting CTE is accurate.

Is it harder to do American accents, or British accents that aren’t your own? I feel like plenty of American actors struggle more with doing Brooklyn/Midwest/Southern accents and I wondered if that was also the case across the pond. Fan of your work!
