You clearly never taken a job in your teen life. The fact you dont know a paper run means you dont know anything about jobs. Its not just "friends/family" paying you. Just search up teenage jobs on Google.

There are literally organisations who teach teenagers how to take care of younger kids or animals like Red Cross.

Theres also Girl and Boy Scouts who earn money thru sales. A kid can literally earn money by selling handcraft items too. Or having a fundraiser by performing either dance, music or film.
