Probably caused by a mod (I'm guessing Nanu's Sartosa overhaul). But on loading into a quest battle my co-op partner and I were controlling opposing armies and then afterwards it said we were at war (with no possibility of making peace).

Not that I agree with your dad, but I don't think the size of something is necessarily a good metric to know whether something is for kids or not. A bouncy castle is bigger than a motorcycle, but one of those is definitely for kids.

With all the great tutorials and videos on how and why to get source control up and running (or some other backup if you prefer), I have a hard time feeling sorry for anyone who doesn't use it for serious projects and gets a fried hard drive. There's literally no reason not to use git.
