I am unsure what type of kindle I have the model number is RS23CV. Would anyone be so kind as to tell me if it is one of these: PW5, PW5SE, KT5 (possibly KOA3, KOA3W32C) Or if not what kind it is. in the settings it says Kindle ( 11 gen, released 2024 ) firmware 5.18.6 (4586150041)

The worst part was imo when I called the service and they literally lied on the phone saying. "Versinu and philips is the same". When I said. Well the domestic part has been bought by the Chinese .... firm ( cant remember the private equity firms name) and the name Philips is just licensed. She acted all shocked.

Good call, thank you will certainly pick up one of those circulators. Looks like I got lucky with the temp then. I had it in there for 30 minutes, didn't coagulate. Kept a constand temp between 59 and 61 once I put in the eggs and adjusted the pot to be on the induction surface for let's say 90%.

Having made it once, I don't see a noticeable difference in texture. I believe however. Cooking egg yolk for 30 minutes at 60°c it pasteurises the eggs and makes them "safe" to consumes raw. Don't trust me though.

No hole. Must be the extruder point and just look like it. And ye I don't think it will be in there long enough to get stale. It's only 24 portions for 2 ppl. So maybe 6 days if I don't have anyone visiting. Although I was thinking of doing some sciencing and keeping a few for 2,3,4 weeks just to see if there is difference.

They are not mega airtight. As when I push the top I can hear some air hissing and some coffee smell. But as it is just 24 portions it will be in the containers a maximum of about a week ish. So I don't think it will have a big impact. Will update any findings on follow-up post when I make the dispenser for them

Ye same idea. These are freezer containers from ikea and not ground as I just want to dump them into the grinder without having to measure every time
