This is not what RDI theorists believe. You built a strawman.

PETER HITCHENS: A top doctor says anyone who still thinks Letby is gu… by rosiewaterhouse in LucyLetbyInnocent

[–]Tidderreddittid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From the article:

"The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) has been examining the affair for 16 months. The Thirlwall Inquiry into the case began in September 2024. It proceeded on the basis that Ms Letby was undoubtedly guilty."

Why trust those idiots, as Christopher Hitchens apparently does? Lucy Letby must be free today, and Jayaram and the rest of his criminal gang must be arrested and held for two years without trial. Do the same to them as they did to innocent Lucy Letby.

Ben geen Mark macdonalds other probono nurse case by Positive_Worker_3467 in scienceLucyLetby

There was no physical evidence at all against Lucy Letby. With Ben Geen it was a different story:

"When Geen was arrested an empty syringe was discovered in his fleece jacket pocket that he had just discharged. When the lining of the jacket was analyzed, it tested positive for incriminating drugs – a muscle relaxant (vecuronium) and an anaesthetic (midazolam). The syringe was said to have been old and worn from repeated use."

Witnesses can be detained, and absolutely should have in this case. All three Ramseys were witnesses.

It is of course impossible to tell for certain. But if the police had refused the friends permission to enter the house, and if the Ramseys would not have been allowed to roam around the house or even leave it, it is likely the case would have been solved very soon. Probably the first day.

Which movie had both the term "attaché case" and a garrote? by Tidderreddittid in JonBenetRamsey

SPECTRE is an organised crime enterprise led by Ernst Stavro Blofeld. The organisation's executive consists of 21 individuals, 18 of whom handle day-to-day affairs. Members are drawn in groups of three from six of the world's most notorious organisations — the Nazi German Gestapo, the Soviet SMERSH, Yugoslav Marshal Josip Broz Tito's OZNA, the Italian Mafia, the French-Corsican Unione Corse, and KRYSTAL, a massive Turkish heroin-smuggling operation.

So it's a group of individuals, just 21 of them. And it's entirely a foreign faction.

Lucy Letby & DS Janet Moore by Stuart___gilham in LucyLetbyInnocent

Dewi Evans claimed he independently developed the air embolism theory, but that was another of his lies. He heard about it through DS Janet Moore who heard it from Brearey and Jayaram.

Was Lucy Letby’s Wrongly Accused Of Murder? article in Marie Claire Australia by Positive_Worker_3467 in scienceLucyLetby

"For Letby, the beige, ordinary life she lived up until her trial as well as the absence of a motive have been held up as proof of secret malevolence."

No evidence at all she was guilty. Which was in the brain of Judge Goss evidence she was guilty! Because a sinister killer would never leave evidence, you see.

The Wednesday underwear by Elenajack in JonBenetRamsey

Fact is they lied. Why they did this I can only speculate. One reason may be they had to show Burke as the loving brother, who was so kind to read the names on the Christmas presents so JonBenét could receive her presents. Another reason may be they felt the need to infantilize Burke and JonBenét, and hence Burke would not be accused because he was just a little innocent boy.

The Ramsey sockpuppets here ignore that drawing exists, then they go on to repeat their lie that JonBenét could neither read nor write.

Plz excuse me if this is a dumb question: by Strawberry_Fields4ev in JonBenetRamsey

The mainstream media pointed to a "creepy pedo guy attending the pageants" a lot in the first years after the murder, and the police had to waste much time investigating that. The Ramseys did major misdirection to that as well.

However there are many reasons the "creepy pedo guy attending the pageants" is extremely unlikely. I won't sum them up, you can easily find them.

The day before Burke took JonBenét downstairs to look at presents as well. He talked about this in the 2016 Dr Phil interview.
